The stay was wonderful and the host did communicate clearly. The cabin is nestled at the top of the hill and fairly private. Instructions were clear. Host also has kcups and creamer stocked and a few snacks also. Place is incredibly clean and well kept.
The road up the cabin is steep and others don’t always park correctly so it was a tight squeeze in a few spots as we went up. Also completely out of her control, but the road up to the cabin has several large potholes that do need to be addressed and fixed by the complex/group.

Our stay at Lookout Lodge was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Heather was a wonderful host—very responsive, clear with instructions, and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the space felt cozy and well cared for. We truly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabin with incredible views. We were very surprised with how easy it was to get to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Everything was clean and homey, and it was even decorated for Christmas! Truly an amazing place to stay!

Our stay at the Lookout Lodge was an absolutely wonderful and wholesome fall weekend outing, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the place to anyone looking for an escape into serenity without the anxiety of disconnecting with the world.
Heather was an excellent host - accomodating and proactive - through the booking process as well as during the stay. EVERYTHING is meticulously labeled and explained so you are never left wondering how to operate the record player or where to find the light switch.
The location is spectacular, we got to enjoy the fall colors and stargaze, with short scenic drives to hiking spots, ski slops and the town of Bethel (a hidden gem, pun intended) with history, antiques and amazing food on offer.
My pup was absolutely pampered there with her own toys, treats, beds, bowls, you name it. She mostly enjoyed romping around the yard!
Will definitely look to book again the next time we plan a visit up in Maine!

Lookout Lodge was absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! I was hosting a bachelor party for 10 guests and the house was large enough for all of us to comfortably sleep and hang out, with a clean, well kept space and lots of in-home activities. The lodge is also close to some great hiking spots. Heather was a great host, always proactive in messaging instructions and information, as well as providing tailored suggestions. Would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group!

We had 9 guest stay at heathers place for a mount Washington hike. We could not have been any more pleased by the stay. Heather was on point making sure everything was perfect and answered any questions almost instantly! Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a huge hit very nice touch! A really great place to stay we will be booking again here for our future adventures!

Heather was great! She was attentive at all times and is very thoughtful. The place is beautiful, beds were comfortable and the pillows were too. A special touch was the fact that there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms (not all places have that). Place was really good, would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Lookout Lodge. The cabin is thoughtfully designed and set on a peaceful, secluded road just minutes from Bethel and a variety of outdoor activities. Heather was an excellent host—very communicative and quick to respond.
