Other Details to Note
1. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 24+ months, well trained, and housebroken. 2. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance for unexpected circumstances. 3. Please note that there is a $150 pet fee/pet 4. There are seven security cameras I use to help me manage the property. These cameras are not used to monitor guests but to monitor the property. However, audio and visual are features of these cameras. I never listen to the cameras. Trust me, I don't have the time or desire! 4a. One camera faces the driveway from the upper deck. I use this to monitor the snow and the snow plow. 4b. One camera sits under the outside stairs and faces half the walkway and a little bit of the front yard. The hot tub cannot be seen from this camera (or any other). I use this to monitor the snow and snow shoveling. 4c. One on a tree facing toward the driveway and outside stairs. I need to keep an eye on the snow at the entry walkway of the home as well as the snow on the stairs. 4d. One on the upper deck facing out toward the yard and deck. This is used primarily to keep an eye on the snow, snow shoveling/salting of the deck, and the grassy area. 4e. One camera sits underneath the eaves on the side of the house facing the firewood. This camera cannot view the hot tub or bedroom. It only views the firewood and the woods beyond. 4f. There is a camera on a tree near the front of the driveway. It currently does not work as the Wifi doesn't reach that far. I use it to monitor the street plow on Chestnut Knoll. 4g. There is a camera on a fence post in the backyard near the trash cans. I use it to monitor the trash service. 5. Please do not smoke inside the home. A $300 fee will be charged if proof of smoking inside is found. Feel free to smoke outside using proper disposal. 6. No check-ins or checkouts on the following holidays due to the cleaner's schedule: *Easter Sunday *July 4th *Thanksgiving Day *Christmas Day *New Year's Day *New Year's Eve
